Are the side dishes made fresh or pre-packaged?

All our side dishes are prepared fresh from scratch on the morning of your event: authentic Mexican red rice with tomatoes and herbs, creamy refried pinto beans, fresh guacamole, fire-roasted salsa roja, and tangy tomatillo salsa verde.

How many hours of live grilling service are included?

Standard Taquizas typically include 2 to 3 hours of continuous hot live-grill comal service. Additional grilling hours can easily be added to your custom quote upon request.

Do you supply plates, napkins, and utensils?

Yes! Every Taquiza package includes sturdy heavy-duty disposable plates, napkins, forks, and serving equipment at no extra charge.

Why do you not offer free estimates?

Because each celebration is unique! Guest numbers, location travel across Contra Costa, meat selections, and service length differ for every party. Flavio provides an accurate, transparent, and personalized quote directly.
